The Terms and conditions set out in these Booking Conditions together with the confirmation Invoice forms a contract between you(customer/ person named on the INVOICE) and DUBAI CITY STABLE part of AL DHABI HORSES & CAMELS RENTAL. Please note that the person booking the event must be over 18years of age. However please note that a contract does not exist between us until the deposit has been received by us.
When making an enquiry to us about your event we will price it accordingly, this is not a confirmation of booking and the date will not be held for you just because a price has been obtained. Any such enquiry simply confirms that we are dealing with your booking request and is not confirmation of it.
However please note that if a deposit is not received on time, we will not be able to keep that date for you and it will then be given to someone else. All balance on jobs must be paid in full on completion of the job and interest will be incurred on any overdue balance.
Your payment and the issuing to you of our Invoice create a contract between us. These Booking Conditions form the basis of your contract with you and DUBAI CITY STABLE part of AL DHABI HORSES & CAMELS RENTAL (www. www.dubaicitystable.com and incorporating our sister websites www. aldhabigroup.com). You should read and ensure you fully understand them (raising any enquiries you may have with us) before asking us to confirm your booking.
By asking us to confirm your booking, you are liable to be regarded as having had the opportunity to have read and understood our Booking Conditions, and to have actually done so before a contract between us came into existence.
Payments can be made through our bank and if you require our bank details then please ask. We accept all cheques or direct payments into our bank account but remember this takes time to set up.
LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS
All payments for new clients and last minute bookings are to be made prior to the job by means of agreement with both parties.
We accept all clients to have considerations for our animals. If in our reasonable opinion or in reasonable opinion of any other person in authority, you or any member of your party behaves in such a way as to cause or be likely to cause danger, upset or distress our animals we are entitled without prior notice to be terminate the booking with immediate effect. NO REFUNDS will be made and we will not pay any expenses or cost incurred as a result of the termination.
Deposit is non-refundable. You must pay a deposit of 50% at the time of booking otherwise full payment should be much appreciated. NO DEPOSIT NO RESERVATION.
If you wish to cancel your booking you must advise us in writing.

Further, any outstanding balance due to booking shall be deemed as payable.
2-7days: 50% will be payable.
On the date of booking: 100% of balance is payable.
We also reserve the right to charge you .025 percent per day as per amount for the late payment. Our confirmation Invoice will show the total price you must pay in enough to allow the money to reach us by this deadline. If you decide to select the option to pay in full at the time of booking, you may do so, but this will not change any of the conditions, which form part of this contract.
In case of breakdown traffic problem and road relay cover independently for our lorries and trailers, if we do not make the booking then a full refund will be given or you will have the options to book an additional day with us. If we are late we will make the time up by staying a bit longer.
We would like to know if you are unhappy with our staff or services no matter how small a complaint if you do not find staff friendly or helpful we need to know this is what makes us so professional. The majority of our staff are non-smoker.
Where the traffic so bad this days we always make sure we leave early, ahead of time to get to a booking, long journeys are made the day before to venues and we accommodate the animals on a farm.
FORCE MAJEURE (unforeseeable circumstances)
“Force Majeure” means any events which supplier of the service(s) in question could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid.
Such events may include war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity or actual threatened terrorist, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire and all similar events outside our control. When a major road/motorway is closed we cannot accept blame for being late but we will always stay additional hours, to make up the lost time. There are rules and regulations about how many hours an animal can be on the road and we obey to all the Rules & Regulations.
FOR RIDING SAFARIS
Horse and Camel Riding is a risk sport and handling Horses and Camels can be potentially dangerous. We take great care to ensure that all of our horses, ponies and camels are well trained and reliable, but they are hired to the rider with the clear understanding that YOU RIDE ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
In the event that a rider is not capable of the riding required for a particular trek, AL DHABI reserves the right to request that that rider not commence and/or continue that trek. Determining the level of experience and/or suitability of a rider is done at the sole discretion of AL DHABI.
Bookings are accepted on the basis that riders do not suffer from any illness or disability which could prejudice their safety on horse, ponies and camels.
All treks are subject to availability. AL DHABI reserves the right to cancel and/or reschedule any trek for any reason at any time. In the event that a cancellation is made, all deposits and/or any part of the total balance that has been paid will be refunded in full in the same manner in which it was originally paid. After this AL DHABI is under no further obligation. All trek itineraries and/or routes are approximate. Occasionally conditions dictate that they be changed. All itineraries are subject to change at any time and for any reason at the sole discretion of AL DHABI.
Prices quoted are based on conditions at time of quoting. If these should alter, AL DHABI reserves the right to offer clients a choice between paying the altered price and accepting a full refund.
AL DHABI will make bookings for dinner reservations on the behalf of our clients. Please note however, that any such bookings are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of each individual establishment. AL DHABI will not be responsible for loss and/or damage of personal items during any of our treks.
BOOKING POLICY AND CONDITIONS.
All treks must be booked and at least part paid for in advance.
Our Overnight or Evening Camp Safari Rides- must be booked as early as possible. If the booking is made 30 days or more prior to departure, a 25% deposit is payable at the time of booking and the balance is due 15 days prior to departure. If the booking is made 7 days or less prior to departure, the total balance is due at the time of booking (full payment required). Full payment will be taken for treks cancelled on the day or failure to turn up at the scheduled time.
One-Hour and Two-Hour Safari Rides- if available can be booked up to 5hrs before the trek departs. A 25% deposit and the balance is due before you leave the STABLES on the day of your trek. Otherwise you will pay full AED175 at the time of booking.
Safari Rides go out in all weather conditions, rain or shine. In the event that AL DHABI has to cancel a safari rides for any reason, your deposit and/or any part of the total balance that has been paid will be refunded in the manner in which it was originally paid.
In the event that you have to cancel a safari rides for any reason, cancellation fees will be calculated as follows:
For Overnight/ Evening Camp Safari Rides
Cancellation 7 or more days prior to departure: 25% Deposit no refund
Cancellation 2 days or less prior to departure: 50% of Total Balance
For One-Hour and Two-Hour
Cancellation at any time after booking: 25% Deposit no refund
FOR RIDING LESSONS
Parents and Guardians must sign a waiver for children 17 years old and younger.
All riders must be (6) six years of age to qualify for the regular horseback rides. Please don’t ask us to fudge on child’s age no matter the experience level. The Dubai City Stable allowed 5yo below to experienced kids on pony. Body weight must not exceed 240lbs.
Smoking is not allowed at our check-in area or on the horseback ride.
Helmets are considered personal protective equipment it is highly recommended that all persons wear a helmet, ATSM/SEI approved. Riders 17 years old and younger are required to wear a helmet.
Appropriate riding attire is long pants (jeans), shorts/ long shoes/boots/tennis or flats and walking shoes.
A Liability Waiver must be thoroughly read and signed. You may print one out now or wait until you arrive at your ride where you will be given one to sign.
Check in time is 15 min. before scheduled ride time. Please allow ample time to reach us.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who we feel would put our horses, other riders, or themselves in danger.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS POLICY
Rescheduling with LESS than 24 hours
50% of your booking is non-refundable if booking is canceled or changed with less than 24 hours notice.
If any riders does not comply with conditions set out in the application or in the opinion of the club, the club will not issue REFUNDS any money pays for the rides (or as a package)
Will not be given a refund. This includes missing your ride due to being late and we were unable to hold the ride for you.
Will be cut your lesson if you are late we are able to hold the ride for you. This is not a possibility if other guests are on your ride. It is your responsibility to ensure you have proper directions to our location. Please use the map we have on our site to ensure you find the right location. Please allow yourself ample time to reach us.
Rainy & Stormy Days Cancellation
We plan to ride rain or shine. In the event we cancel a ride due to conditions we feel are unsafe for our place, no charges will be applied. Re-use the payment for the next lesson.
